Pilates is an exercise method with benefits for everyone. Designed to create a stronger, healthier body, its flowing movements balance strength and flexibility, realigning the body, improving posture and focusing the mind.
I run group Pilates classes and offer private Pilates tuition in Macclesfield, Poynton, and surrounding areas. I’m a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher and a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals.
Over the last 15 years I’ve been teaching Pilates to all ages, abilities and levels of fitness, from people with joint and back problems, to the very fit and active. I’m continually inspired and encouraged by the positive results and health benefits I see in my clients.
