Pilates is a safe, low-impact form of exercise with benefits for all ages and levels of fitness. Our clients are men and women who want to improve their strength, flexibility and posture, while reducing stress and increasing their sense of well-being.
We run group classes and offer private tuition in Poynton, Macclesfield and Mottram St. Andrew. Our classes are friendly, informal and small enough for teachers to give individual attention and feedback. Exercise are tailored and adapted to clients’ individuals needs and limitations.
Are you new to Pilates, not sure if it’s for you, or just nervous about getting started? We regularly run classes for complete beginners, where you can learn safe, correct technique at a gentle, easy pace.
